I believe that Superior Mind is a fairly acceptable app for mental health. Life can really get the best of us and sometimes anxiety can be real and depression is a chemical imbalance of the brain.When you feel down, remember that you are not alone and remember that gratitude may be the best way. Superior Mind really shows the different soundwaves and activities to stop depression as long as having a wide range of things to do if your feeling down.As nowadays, we scroll so much on our phone that having a software where we can really connect on a spiritual level as there is different tactics and techniques. For example, when you meditate you want to picture something like where your dream house is or just at the beach or a known area.Superior mind is exactly like that it puts you through a proccess of meditaion where you build your mind and become smarter and handling anxiety. So this app is beyond what I expected and shows that you can maintain your mental health by taking care of your self and taking time forĀ  your brain to heal from that imbalance or issue you may be having,.

My suggestions on how to maintain mental health

I believe there is a theory that if we change certain wavelengths in the brain, we are able to communicate through dreams and the realistic phenomenon of telepathy.This may be made possible through brain training and certain frequency that can heal.Like 432hz and 369 hz you can find some music that heals and builds you up if your feeling down or you are depressed.I bet you theres someone out there who smiles when they think about you.

My suggestion to keep up mental health is to take care of yourself and treat yourself when the times right,take some time to breathe in and out and we all feel like this. This app is loaded with ways to remember that you are loved and you can take care of yourself.As well as it plays certain sounds the Integrations of the app are smooth as well as it’s really colorful. If you’re interested, make it a routine to take care of yourself.

You can pay for it but If your really interested, as it offers a big range in psychology,I hope this helps someone one day.
